Thoughts:
I love the Fighting Sports Pro Full Training Headgear. This headgear offers incredible all around protection because of the extra padding in the cheeks, ear pads, forehead and rear pad. I’m amazed at how light the headgear feels even with the added padding. I was also very pleased how well the Fighting Sports headgear was manufactured with excellent stitching inside and out.

At first, I was concerned about how my vision would be affected by the full face protection. The first sparring test put my concerns to rest as my peripheral vision was not very obscured at all. Of course, for those of you who are used to open faced headgear, there will be some visual acclimation time with any full faced headgear.
I was also concerned with the Velcro strap closure and elastic band securing the headgear, but that issue was also put to rest. The strap and elastic band secured the headgear very tightly and the headgear remained very stable with minimal movement during full contact heavy sparring.

The suede lining inside of the Fighting Sports headgear made a huge difference in comfort and felt great for extensive use and the extra padding in the rear really keeps the headgear feeling snug.

Verdict:
The Fighting Sports Pro Full Training Headgear is a great piece of equipment that is worth the Franklin. There are other excellent and cheaper headgear out there but Fighting Sports has produced a well balance protective headgear that really adds additional protection without sacrificing comfort. The headgear comes in black or white leather (very cool look) and is available at Title Boxing and Title MMA.

how is the nose protection on this headgear?

The Fighting headgear offers great protection in the cheek and nose area. But like all headgear, other than the face protection headgear, you can still get tagged in the nose area. Just remember to bob and weave! Actually, when my sparring partner uses 14 oz. or 16 oz. gloves I’m not too worried about taking a full face shot because of the extra padding. Hope this helps!
